How Lend Assist Works

Initiate Loan

Borrower or Lender inputs details of the person they know and want to lend to/borrow from.

Notification Sent

The other party receives an email and WhatsApp notification to confirm or amend the loan terms.

Sign Contract

Both parties sign the loan contract online through Richmond's secure platform.

Lender Pays via Mobile Money

Lender sends loan amount to Lend Assist via Mobile Money (+260 760 149 043).

Funds Disbursed

After deducting 20% admin fee, the balance is forwarded to the borrower via Mobile Money.

Borrower Repays

Borrower makes monthly payments to Lend Assist via Mobile Money. Richmond forwards to lender (minus 2% commission).

Fund Your Loan

As a lender, send the loan amount to Lend Assist. We'll forward it to the borrower after deducting the admin fee.

📋 How to Pay:

  1. Open your Mobile Money app (MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel)
  2. Select "Send Money"
  3. Enter: +260 760 149 043
  4. Enter the loan amount
  5. Add reference: Your Loan Reference Number
  6. Confirm and complete payment
  7. Enter the Transaction ID above and click "Confirm Payment"

Make a Repayment

As a borrower, make your monthly payment to Lend Assist. We'll forward it to your lender.
